Hello, I've been attempting to install a new memory module at 3600MHz but haven't succeeded. This issue has occurred before with a similar setup. I'm unsure if my lack of experience is the problem. The motherboard model is ASUS Zenith II Extreme Alpha, and the CPU is AMD 3970X. The memory kit being used is F4-3600C14Q2-128GTZNA, which was previously causing frequent BSODs.
I followed these steps: I used Thaiphoon burner to read the memory info (attached report), entered data into the Ryzen DRAM Calculator with both 3200 and 3600 settings. I noted that the BIOS didn't show options for BGS or BGS alt, and there was an extra tRFC timing option. When these values failed to post, the system defaulted to a safe mode profile. After resetting everything to Auto mode—including setting the BIOS OC to Level 3—I managed to run at 3400MHz, but not at 3600MHz.

You've set AMD AGESA 1.0.0.7 in your BIOS, which is causing instability. Rolling back to version 1.0.0.5 should fix it. Your system runs a 64GB memory with 3600MHz at CL14 stable, but there seems to be a compatibility problem under the older firmware. The new AGESA version requires higher voltage—more than 1.2V—and your current setup doesn't meet those requirements.
