None of these solutions have helped me, and I've already cleared any malware from my computer just in case it was blocking it. It seems the issue might be with my internet connection.

When you can't reach those pages, it's likely the software like ShutUp10 or SpyBot Anti-Beacon was installed. You should reverse these modifications or edit your hosts file (as an administrator) in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc to exclude those domains.

It seems you might have followed a guide or set up software that disabled Windows Telemetry and/or Windows Update, which could be causing the problem. If you’re unsure about your actions or how it happened, reinstalling Windows might be the best solution.
