I aimed to set up High Sierra on my PC. I made a bootable USB with my Mac and the drive isn’t accepting it. MoBo: Asus Z170I Pro Gaming CPU: i7 6700k GPU: EVGA SC 1070 PSU Corsair 650 rm RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16gb 3200mhz I followed the suggested BIOS configuration, but it won’t boot from the pen drive. I created the USB using Diskmaker x7.

Yes, that's the reason. There are methods to fix it, but we don't use them here.
