I've attempted to refresh the BIOS via the Q-Flash option in the BIOS settings, but the file selection keeps failing with "Can't Read File." Initially, I thought the outdated firmware was the issue since the motherboard was set to F2 and I was upgrading to F51g. Then I tried pressing F10 and F3, yet the file still isn't readable. Why was I updating the BIOS? It was suggested as a solution to the persistent WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR error screen that appears right after startup. That's why I'm avoiding the desktop BIOS update tool. I hope someone can assist me.

Is there a .ROM file present? You may receive a .zip file during download that requires extraction before use. Not all boards support .zip, so I cannot confirm it for every board.

Confirmed the correct file and unzipped it as needed. The support page warnings about specific versions seem to have been missed.

Resolved the BIOS issue. The files were extracted, but they needed renaming to end with .rom.
