Navigate to Bios, enter 3200mhz manually on the memory, then connect 1.4-1.45 volts to the drive. Set the timings to 16-18-18-36 and test. If it doesn’t work, adjust the Bios settings—likely under advanced memory options.

Remove CMOS and attempt once more with a clean slate. Then proceed with BIOS as recommended by GoldenLag.
