This appears to be the sole profile on the list. The 2133 reboot didn't resolve the issue, and multiple users online are experiencing the same problem.

all my actions have no effect whatsoever! I won’t try to exceed the 1.35 voltage limit. Setting the overall drama speed to 32 doesn’t make a difference, and I’m not capable of adjusting timing settings.

You can apply 1.4V for testing, to check its impact. Users are using 1.42V regularly, so 1.4V should work without issues.
