I run a mi4 with the newest MUI9 stable. I've tried all available drivers, including Google and ADB ones, but still face two issues. Please help.

To unlock Xiaomi phones, you need the Xiaomi unlock tool since fast boot won't work. Refer to the guide on XDA for installing TWRP and rooting the device.

I repeated rooting this device five times using identical techniques. I accessed the bootloader via CMD from @wasab.

Ensure the required DLL exists. Launch the search/runbox command, right-click and select "Run as admin." Navigate through directories until you reach the programs folder. Type `regsvr32 /i ssleac32.dll` and confirm the installation. Retry the program; if issues persist, remove and reinstall it.
