Hello. I purchased a Windows 10 Pro key but it isn't functioning properly. I'm seeing two error codes—0x803f7001 and 0xc00f050—and even after using a Microsoft employee to remotely control my computer, the issue persists. Have you tried reinstalling Windows three times or following the instructions on the Microsoft website? :c

Purchased from Kinguin, a platform similar to G2A that allows buying game codes as well

I discovered the issue. After purchasing the Pro edition, I required installation, but the support they provided sent me Windows 10 Home. Their fourth support representative successfully resolved it without significant issues, and everything is functioning properly now.
