Activating secure boot prevents booting to Windows until the condition is met. Make sure it’s done properly.

I performed that action but the command interface indicates this issue: C:\WINDOWS\system32>mbr2gpt /validate /allowFullOS MBR2GPT: Trying to verify disk 1 MBR2GPT: Fetching layout of disk MBR2GPT: Confirming layout, sector size is 512 bytes Cannot locate OS partition(s) for disk 1

ASUS offers a special page for preparing for Windows 11. While I use Intel, my motherboard info showed the BIOS is still being tested. Maybe that BIOS update is the cause of your issues.
