I saved files that appeared safe but Windows Defender flagged them as suspicious. Later I realized they weren’t necessary, so I removed them, but the program still reported issues. A full system scan didn’t resolve the problem. I attempted to clear the scan history folder, but encountered a "Folder Denied Access" error. Deleting files through command or PowerShell didn’t help either. What steps can I take to fix this?

Windows Defender records detections and the resolutions used. It’s unlikely you can fully delete this log, and having it stored is generally normal for monitoring purposes.
