so there is a shirt in The Culling that is worth $4.30 (the most expensive item) and me and a a lot of other people can't sell it. the reason being it is not in the steam inventory, im guessing thats why its worth so much. but does anyone know why this is? every other skin i have is in my inventory but not that one.
