My rig performs well with a powerful RTX 2070, an OC-enhanced Ryzen 5 1600, and 32GB of DDR4 memory at 3.7GHz. Despite running GTA on a Samsung 850 Evo, CPU and GPU usage fluctuates. Usually around 89-90%, it drops to 40-50% GPU and 60% CPU when frame rates fall. At 50-60FPS, utilization is typically 60% on the CPU and 40-50% on the GPU. This seems normal given the settings and workload.

Are you asking about unique features in GTA V, other cool options available, current temperatures, and the power supply unit specifications?

It's exclusive to GTA, featuring the founders edition with tailored fan curves. The maximum it reaches is 74C based on my observations, and the clocks remain boosted to approximately 1950Mhz continuously.

MSAA consumes all available GPU resources in GTA V. Disabling it would stop this usage.

Very close to the same frame rate and performance, just a slight change in FPS.

Try the lowest game configuration, observe its limits. It might be minor settings issues; adjust graphics settings accordingly.

Configure MSI Afterburner OSD to display per-core usage. Even if the overall CPU utilization appears at 60%, some cores may reach 100% while others operate at lower levels based on current activity.

From what I can observe, all cores appear to be utilized fairly consistently.

My objective is clearly defined. Everything appears standard here.
