Assuming your motherboard is ROG Strix, it seems Asus designed it. At this stage, you might want to reach out to their technical support for further assistance. Unfortunately, I don’t have more options.

I believe I identified the issue. It seems I downloaded the drivers and BIOS for the WI-FI instead of the WI-FI II.
