You can delete the folder in File Explorer by right-clicking it and choosing Remove. To clear the Subversion folder under Pictures, locate it in your Pictures folder and select Delete.

I feel really confused. I believed I had removed OneDrive a long time ago, but it seems I still had it installed. Thank you for your assistance. It's been a while since I used it, and seeing an old account when the folder stopped working is frustrating. Appreciate the help!
