I just upgraded my system to a universal setup. It includes a security gateway, cloud key generation 1 and 2 APs, and the Wi-Fi part is working. However, the security gateway keeps disconnecting and blocking access via the GUI. I removed it from my account, restarted the device, and updated the firmware. I'm running out of options and don’t consider myself an internet expert. Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Your network layout is structured in a way that highlights its connectivity and organization.

modem connects to gateway, gateway links to switch, switch switches to a single access point. Cloud key hasn't been activated yet. Additional network switch is on the upper floor and linked to another access point.

I don't have real-time access to your system, so I can't tell you exactly how you're running the UniFi Controller. Could you share more details or check your device's documentation?

I connected it straight into my switch, but later managed to retrieve the cloud key and most functions worked. The main problem now is that my internet cuts out unexpectedly and some access points lose connection with the rest.

What type of internet link do you possess? Are you connecting with a basic modem or an internet gateway unit (such as a combo modem, router, or switch) provided by your ISP? Could you share the manufacturer and model of it? How are the nanoHDs being powered?
