Hi EMENCII, I tried entering the email and correct password in the app, but it keeps loading and then shows an error. After reinstalling, the issue persists. Could you help me resolve this? Thanks!
Do you open the Skype application on Windows 8.1 or the standard desktop version?
Consider using the desktop application instead. I've encountered problems with the Skype app as well. Please try accessing the Skype website and downloading the desktop version.
Access your Microsoft account via a web browser. Turn off two-factor authentication. Retry the process.
They mentioned it wouldn't work, but the main email page said they were making improvements. I checked via phone and it functioned, so I'm just holding my breath.
