I repeatedly attempt to connect remotely to my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS system and consistently receive the same error. Despite reading numerous tutorials, none resolved the issue. The local IP address 127.0.0.1 isn't the actual address of my machine, and 192.168.1.90 is. A solution was found in a YouTube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlsPwrYqz70), which works perfectly. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Connect to the Ubuntu machine via the terminal. To proceed, you usually need to: enable SSH, open the necessary firewall rules, and set up an authorized account such as SSH keys or a password.

Please clarify your request. I need more details about the tasks you're referring to in order to provide the appropriate commands.

You can't connect via SSH to a Linux machine and use a GUI unless you're talking about text-based interfaces. Graphical tools need VNC, and the system must be configured for that method beforehand.

I really value the assistance, but I'm still facing issues with the server working via RDP/XRDP.

RDP is a windows feature. Not a Linux feature. Are you trying to connect to a real machine or a virtual machine? edit: I take that back, apparently there is an RDP server https://linuxize.com/post/how-to-install...ntu-18-04/
