On the second screenshot, assign the router the IP address 192.168.0.2 instead of the default. This will serve as the connection point for its web portal. It seems your primary DHCP server isn't providing an IP when you switch to the second router. To resolve this, consider switching the router into router mode.

I attempted to change the IP settings but it didn't work. I'll try again. The main issue remains understanding how to configure it in router mode so it functions as a secondary router. There seems to be mixed advice online—please let me know if you find any reliable guide you'd recommend. Thank you!

This TP-Link guide seems to be well-structured. I recommend resetting your WR845N and then referencing case 2 from that document. Skip any additional details you've already encountered; just let me know if you hit a snag. This is the most recent emulator version I've discovered. The main change compared to the original article is in the wireless section—wireless settings are now under Basic Settings instead of Wireless.

I've already attempted this. Turning off DHCP isn't working because I can't reach the web panel. It could be because I provided an incorrect LAN address. I'll try again and let you know.

I checked the steps I took. Did I configure the LAN IP properly? Disabled DHCP, restarted the device, but still no internet connection. Also, I noticed a note about the destination IP being 192.168.0.0.
