Are you referring to laptops with built-in displays? GSync is activated... The 'third' choice shows up when the connected display isn't properly validated by GSync, as I've noticed.

It seems like you're experiencing some discomfort or pain, but it's happening even when it's supposed to be fine. I'm not sure what's causing it. Could you give more details?

Most FPS titles such as Valorant or CS2 are typical. I heard it’s normal, but when I checked against my roommate’s 144Hz monitor, his display ran smoother. I even feel the strain while examining the weapons.
