I recently acquired a G502 Proteus Spectrum and installed “G HUB.” The software indicates that I had configured a button to cycle through profiles, however, pressing the button produces no action.

Attempt connecting to a different USB port. Attempt removing and reinstalling the drivers; occasionally, files become damaged.

I completed that action, and a similar issue regarding my secondary profile resulted in its deletion. Do you know how to recover these deleted accounts? Could I possibly restore them within my Google Home Hub profile or a similar method?
