We recently installed Jio Fiber and my uncle is reporting that his Google Safe Search setting remains locked on his Android VIVO device. He claims he can toggle it while connected to a previous broadband connection, but on my phone and his account, the setting is adjustable. I also tested using his Google account on my phone, and it works there too. However, when he uses cellular data, the setting is unlocked and he can change it. This suggests the problem isn<|pad|>'s not related to Google settings.
