VGA light usually indicates a problem with the GPU. DRAM light suggests an issue with the RAM. Other components like the motherboard or CPU might also be affected. The simplest solution might be to contact the manufacturer for a replacement.

I've just bought the new motherboard, but I'm facing problems with both the old and the new one. It seems there might be another issue at play, since one thinks it's a VGA problem and the other mentions DRAM. Could a faulty CPU be causing this inconsistency? Or is there a PSU problem that's preventing enough power from reaching one or both systems?

A defective CPU could be a possible cause of your issues even if you have the latest BIOS updates for your motherboards.
