I've just bought the new motherboard, but I'm facing problems with both the old and the new one. It seems there might be another issue at play, since one thinks it's a VGA problem and the other mentions DRAM. Could a faulty CPU be causing this inconsistency? Or is there a PSU problem that's preventing enough power from reaching one or both systems?
