I have a USB drive with the Windows installer inside. I load it up and go through the setup until I reach the installation part, then I can choose the drive to install. It navigates through everything, says it will restart several times, but after each restart it always returns me to the start of the setup as if nothing happened. I’m confused about what to do next. I noticed the SSD is in my old laptop, which I bought a year ago on sale and formatted before moving it out for this build. I didn’t use it much, even though it had only a few gigabytes used. If that’s the issue, I don’t know how to fix it. Since I’ve cleared everything, I think it should work fine now. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
For troubleshooting, it’s a good idea to go through the hard drive partition steps. If you’re at the hard drive partition stage or selecting drives, remove all partitions you can and try again—just don’t wipe the USB drives!
I've done that several times already, as you mentioned. Just tried it again now and got the same outcome—just returns to the beginning of the Windows installation process after the first restart. Appreciate the good news about the pricing fitting my budget!

The process quickly jumps into the bios without using the USB. The main issue is that the setup doesn’t complete properly—it restarts and brings me back to the beginning of the installation steps, and there’s no option to access a device list once the USB is removed after the first restart.
It could be an incorrect ISO file. Try re-downloading the Windows installation media; it should resolve the issue.
I encountered a similar problem earlier. The OS would set up on an SSD and immediately jump into BIOS after the USB was removed. I discovered the disk used an MBR file and it doesn’t boot in UEFI, which meant I had to perform another installation after switching to GPT.
