Unable to adjust taskbar color or turn off transparency after the 11 update. 23H2 version 226313296
i own an acer laptop a717-72g running windows 11. up until the previous update, the taskbar worked well—just semi-transparent, allowing some visibility behind it. after the latest update, it became completely transparent, making everything behind the taskbar invisible and obscuring my icons. i tried disabling transparency in personalization but it didn’t help. checking the registry confirmed transparency was still off. i’m looking for a solution to restore a solid black background without any transparency, so that icons remain clearly visible on the taskbar as they should. any suggestions?
Yeah, I did that. There isn't an option to make the taskbar transparent or change its color.
