My PC starts normally without XMP. Games run smoothly too. But turning on XMP causes the system to freeze—no video, no keyboard, even after rebooting. I have to reset CMOS for a boot. I’ve updated the BIOS but haven’t seen any improvement. Can’t reach the rated RAM speed. I’m outside the return period.

Specs: Gigabyte X570S Aorus Elite AX - BIOS f5 AMD 5800x 32 GB (2x16) Corsair Dominator Platinum 3600 CL 18 Samsung 980 Pro 1 TB XFX 6800XT EVGA SuperNOVA 850 G5 80 Plus Gold

Check the settings at 3200MHz first. If it works, test 3600 and adjust timing if needed. Remember to save your configuration for easy loading later.

Hardware details provide this information... Are you referring to the correct data? Here are the supported module timings: 1333.3 MHz, 1200.0 MHz, 1066.7 MHz, 933.3 MHz, 800.0 MHz, 666.7 MHz, and 533.3 MHz.
