Hello, I upgraded my ASUS 505DT gaming laptop by increasing the RAM from 8GB to 16GB at a higher frequency of 3200MHz. However, when I power on, the BIOS doesn’t offer an option to enable XMP or AI tuning. I’m wondering if there’s another method to activate XMP without going into the BIOS, and even though I can access all the memory, it seems stuck at 2400MHz. Can I still change that setting?

None of the computers I owned allowed me to adjust RAM timings. I suspect yours isn't an outlier.
