Look at other sections - especially power. There is checkbox for allowing wol. Also - make sure you allowed wol in bios too.

I activated it during BIOS setup earlier. Checked power settings section, but found nothing available.

The Wake on LAN feature in Advanced Settings isn’t available, but now the PC wakes up using WOL during hibernation. You can still power it back on after a regular shutdown.

Your BIOS and LAN card settings seem fine, which means you can wake up from a shutdown. Also, this is the usual desktop setup, correct? Not a laptop?
