I'm using a Ryzen 7 5800x with a B550 motherboard, but my TPM 2.0 isn't enabling for the Windows 11 update. I followed the guide at https://help.maingear.com/article/81-how...md-systems, but it didn't work. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

You meant by "Failed" what aspect? The option wasn't visible? You're encountering an error? The system stopped posting? Grimlins began to show up? An army of dancers appeared before your door? To install Windows 11 you must have fTPM or dedicated TPM (dTPM) activated (dTPM needs a module. If you turned on dTPM but lack that module, it won't function. Use fTPM). Secure Boot must be enabled and set to "Windows" (if available under "OS Type"). UEFI mode should be turned on with CSM disabled Warning: if CSM was active or UEFI was off, the main drive might be formatted using MBR instead of GPT, causing the system to fail to boot Windows. It will indicate it can't locate the OS. This happens because UEFI only works with GPT-formatted drives, while older BIOS systems only support MBR. Formatting conversion is available—Microsoft offers a tool for this:

Regardless of the BIOS configuration, the system continues to miss the TPM 2.0 module.

I don't have real-time access to your system's status. Please check your device settings or manufacturer's documentation for the latest BIOS information.

Check if your motherboard supports TPM. It can be a bit of research since MSI's site doesn't always list it. However, some resources indicate that your specific model does have it, though you should confirm with your board. If you have TPM installed, here are MSI's instructions on enabling it: https://www.msi.com/blog/How-to-Enable-T...ng-TPM-2-0 and the download guide for TPM 2.0. Also, make sure your BIOS is up to date, as newer versions might impact your ability to manage TPM.
