I've got your setup details. The RAM is G.Skill 32 GB DDR4 3600 CL 16, installed on your Ryzen 3800x. You're seeing it run at 2133 MHz according to CPUZ, not the advertised 3600 MHz. You've tried XMP profiles, BIOS recognition, manual timing adjustments, and even higher voltages without success. Could there be an issue with the RAM itself or a compatibility problem with your motherboard? Consider checking the manufacturer's specifications for the exact supported speeds and ensuring everything is correctly seated.

No, I didn't adjust the system memory multiplier.

Previously, setting XMP on an Aorus X570 with 3600Mhz memory took about three weeks. I just enabled XMP for that speed, saved the configuration, and restarted the system. It took a short pause before it recognized the memory, then it worked fine. This happened on a different board (Elite) using a different G.Skill memory (TridentZ Neo), but with the same speed and timing, which also functioned for me. What’s causing this issue?

XMP has no guarantee it will work on your board unless it's on the memory's QVL. Even then, no 100% guarantee.
