I experience an odd problem on my desktop. After switching on the main power and pressing the cabinet’s power button, the system remains inactive. I need to keep the main supply on for a few seconds before turning it off and then pressing the cabinet button—this triggers a click. Once the main supply is restored, everything works properly. I tested connecting the power switch directly to confirm the cabinet button isn’t faulty, but it still won’t start. It seems the issue might be with the power supply. The problem began last week, possibly affecting the motherboard or the PSU. Someone could assist in diagnosing this.

It might not be the root reason for this problem, but swapping it out is recommended. It seems more related to a power supply issue, so fixing it first would be wise. However, considering the model's reputation, it shouldn't be ignored.

Do you have another PSU available? That would be my initial step in troubleshooting.

Thanks in advance for your response. I've contacted Gigabyte about this issue. I've been using the product for over two years, so I'm planning to replace it soon.

I'll attempt to acquire a PSU from a friend. Appreciate the advice.
