I reviewed the fiber cable that was put in place and this appears to be it: https://www.anixter.com/en_us/products/0....3-TBRD-12 So the version is OS2 single mode.
This would clarify why the MM modules failed at longer ranges
The fiber is single mode; today we received the LX SFP modules and OS2 LC cables, and we have the bandwidth now. Thanks everyone.
