Hi!
I just discovered SAM and its potential impact on game performance. I updated the BIOS and adjusted settings like the resizable bar, CSM off, and 4G decoding at auto. However, a notification appears during startup, and the Radeon Adrenalin SAM remains disabled even after a restart. I attempted a clean Adrenalin Suite install with factory reset enabled and re-applied BIOS changes, but it didn’t help. The BIOS settings look correct and persist through restarts, yet Windows doesn’t reflect any changes. Only the Systems Settings Change restart prompt appears at startup, keeping SAM disabled. Any advice would be appreciated.

I'm uncertain about the exact setting, but it seems to be either full UEFI or UEFI with legacy support. If it's not in full UEFI mode, SAM won't function.

For consistency, please note the BIOS version you are using.
Did you complete the steps described in this video?

I attempted a fresh Adrenalin Suite installation with Factory reset activated (still not testing DDU method).
Use DDU in Safe Mode to eliminate all GPU drivers (Intel, Nvidia, AMD) then install the newest GOU driver from AMD's support site via an elevated command, such as right-clicking the installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
