The three monitors are LG UltraGear 32" 1440p models (32GP83B), paired with an EVGA 3080 ti XC3 graphics card on an ASRock x570 Creator motherboard. All displays connect through display ports. Windows and GeForce Control recognize all three, but they can't adjust settings for the other two monitors. Similarly, GeForce Control shows checkboxes for the additional monitors, yet I can't activate them.

In the Windows settings, click the dropdown under "Disconnect this display" and choose "Extend desktop to this display"

Each time I perform that action, Windows restores it to "Disconnect this display" even after I select "Save changes."

Can it function while it's still in use before stopping? I'm planning to test different connections, change cables, and check if each monitor works separately. Also, make sure the GPU drivers are up to date.

Have you explored alternative cables? Consider using the one from the functioning unit and observe whether the issue shifts monitors or remains consistent. You might also test different GPU ports, though with three displays it won't help you resolve the problem—just help you identify it. If the 3080 Ti behaves similarly to your 3080, it has only four display-out ports, three of which are DP.

Ignore this discussion and label it resolved. Fiber optic displayport cables are selective about which port connects to the source and which goes to the screen.
