I’m not sure where to share this information—I hope it’s the right forum! Since DSR stopped working on my system about two months ago, adjusting the resolution via GeForce Experience and changing DSR settings in the NVIDIA control panel haven’t helped. I’ve searched for similar issues, but no one seems to have the same problem. Here are my system details: Intel i5 4690k, GTX 970 G1 Gaming (Gigabyte), 2×4 GB DDR3 RAM (Kingston), MSI Z97 Gaming 5 1 TB Seagate Barracuda. It’s bothering me because I’m playing in 1080p and my GTX 970 can handle higher resolutions. What should I do next? Thanks for your advice.

Because the 970 supports a higher resolution doesn't guarantee it will appear at that quality on a 1080p display. DSR is merely a 'we can' option. I'd skip using it altogether.

dsr enhances the quality, it's simply upscaling. It seems to run smoothly on your 970; perhaps you should reinstall the drivers, friend.

However, I strongly dislike aliasing and it significantly improves performance in older titles where you can achieve high frame rates even when downscaled to 1080p (I understand that's not a big issue)

I enjoy this process too; in Black Ops 2 it gives the edges a nice finish, but avoid using DSR in Counter-Strike—it doesn’t change much at 4K resolution.

I've tried this for four months until it completely vanished—it's quite strange...

Remove everything fully and then reinstall with GeForce Experience.

Only if your GPU has enough power to handle it.
