You're experiencing a freeze when trying to access BIOS settings on your new setup. This could be due to incorrect RAM configuration or a mismatch between the installed RAM and the BIOS requirements. Ensure the 2x16 HyperX Fury Beast RAM matches the specifications listed in the BIOS (typically 1280 MHz or higher). Also, verify that the BIOS version is compatible with your RAM type. If the issue persists after confirming these details, consider checking for any pending updates or consulting the manufacturer's support resources.

Check if your board runs the newest BIOS version. There are occasional problems activating XMP on AM5 chips—most users rely on built-in Memory Try It! profiles instead of turning XMP on directly.

The clock reset worked, allowing me to set it to 5600 MHz. Should I revert to the default or stick with 6000 MHz? This is currently 5600 MHz with a 3.2 GHz CLK, but is the performance gain worth it?

It's hard to deny, but AMD confirms DDR5-6000 CL30 works best with Zen4.
