After assembling the PC, it booted but then froze during the Windows install process. Now I cannot access the system. I can only enter BIOS by flashing the update, and restarting afterward still doesn’t work.

Bios
Everything is detected, but RAM is reported at 4800.
Specifications: https://nl.pcpartpicker.com/list/x94DC6
Can I modify the BIOS settings to enable posting? Is this an instability problem?

Review the motherboard's User Guide/Manual.
Some motherboards need the initial RAM slot to be filled with the correct physical RAM.
Make sure the RAM is completely and securely placed.

If not, consult the motherboard User Guide/Manual again to verify all other connections and card placements.
