Unable to access .msc files.
Today I attempted to launch services.msc but encountered the issue. The screenshot shows that every .msc file returns the same error. On default applications, it doesn’t have MMC enabled by default, and when I click the plus sign, it prompts to select an app without any MMC options available.
In the white prompt asking for a new app to open .msc file, select "More Apps", scroll to the bottom, and choose "Look for another app on this pc" in the file explorer. Enter the path "C:\Windows\System32\mmc.exe" and click OK. This should let you open services.msc.
