The page doesn’t support right-clicking, but you can still inspect elements using developer tools or alternative methods.

It seems the system is preventing a direct right-click. The most likely scenario is it detects the action and shows a popup blocking new windows. Chrome probably adds an option to stop further window creation after the second one appears. If this works, you should be able to use the right-click feature again.

Certain platforms consist of a single Flash add-on; when you double-click it, a Flash window appears, bypassing the usual inspect element feature.

Certainly, though in that scenario he might simply retrieve the SWF file and break it up. I think this approach would achieve whatever he aims to test with the inspect element.
