Do you currently have any VPN applications running? If yes, remove them. Refer to the linked article—it addresses a comparable problem on a previous system. I couldn't resolve it initially, so I reinstalled Windows. It seems connected to easy anticheat and battleeye; consider updating those tools or reinstalling them.
