I just realized this. I also updated the Nvidia firmware, but it didn't help. I also tested with a single stick of RAM, but that didn't work either.

A simple approach you might consider is holding the Shift key during a restart to access the recovery options, where you should find the "UEFI firmware settings" – this is your BIOS. Give it a try and let me know what happens.

I attempted to restart the device in safe mode and other troubleshooting steps. It restarted successfully but displayed a black screen, then rebooted again as Windows indicated it couldn't boot.

This strange problem is confusing, I'm locked out of my BIOS. Fortunately, I don't have to interact with their ATM. If I do, I might test an older Quadro card from my dad's PC to check if it works.

Consider resetting the CMOS. Using a different GPU would also be beneficial. You might also want to upgrade to the latest BIOS if possible with the Quadro.
