Hi, your motherboard setup is correct. When you press the delete key, no display appears and Windows fails to load. Pressing the power button causes the system to shut down instantly. This could be due to a faulty power circuit or a failing motherboard component. Consider checking the power connections and testing with a different power source if possible.
EZ-Debug displays error messages when the system fails to boot. You may have attempted to start with just one memory stick in the DIMMA2 slot.
Do you rely on built-in visuals or do you use a dedicated graphics card?

During startup, the VGA indicator lights up and then turns off, followed by the boot indicator switching on and off. After that, the windows begin loading.
Perhaps remove the GPU, use the integrated graphics and turn on CSM. Then plug back in your GTX 1070 and see if you can get into the BIOS afterwards. If you can, then you'll need to do a firmware update on your card as there is a known issue with the 1070 not being recognized by UEFI. https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/nv-...pdate-x64/ So sort of like the issue I had a month ago where my card didn't support UEFI so my motherboard did not recognize the GPU. Only once Windows loads does video then show because Windows knows what to do with the GPU. Of course yours does, it's just that there's a bug requiring a firmware patch.
If OP mentions a Ryzen 5 3600, it lacks built-in graphics. Prior to the Ryzen 7000 line (Zen4), only CPUs with the G suffix offered integrated graphics.
