IDK if this is the right place to ask, but heres my question anyways. I have an r5 1600 and a gigabyte ab350 gaming 3 mobo, and a couple weeks ago I overclocked the 1600 to about 3.8ghz(all temps are perfectly fine). However, now whenever I startup my pc, it starts and shuts down about 3-4 times before it actually boots. So, I tried to get into my bios to try and fix the problem today, but whenever I try to boot into bios, my monitor doesnt get a signal, even though the pc is on, so I have no way of actually getting into the bios now. Any suggestions?

I aim to reset your CMOS. Refer to your motherboard manual for instructions. This should resolve the failed overclock problem.
