When connecting via HDMI, the monitor or graphics card detects it quickly, allowing me to view the BIOS boot screen. Using DP makes the display appear unclear or unresponsive until Windows starts, which is puzzling. I once believed DP was better but now consider sticking to HDMI for easier BIOS access. At 1440p and 1440Hz, using HDMI seems fine without issues.

This suggests an issue with the driver the BIOS relies on. The overall rig specifications might provide helpful context.
