I have a Gigabyte Z590D motherboard, and whenever I attempt to access BIOS it keeps looping into the "Entering setup" section. I recently installed new RAM and adjusted some BIOS settings like XMP and rank interleaving, but I haven’t done any overclocking. My system runs smoothly and performs well overall. I suspect this issue started after those changes. I’m not trying to boot into BIOS, and everything else seems normal. I searched online for solutions but didn’t find anything relevant.

Have you cleared the CMOS? If not, attempt using your previous RAM.
