The BIOS doesn't appear unless you delete the drive, and even then it's not always reliable. It seems like there might be a BIOS issue, but I think I'll just give it back. Thanks!

The problem arises because OpenCore is copying boot information into NVRAM. Clearing NVRAM resolves the issue, allowing the BIOS to load normally.
