Problem: Can't access BIOS setup – display remains blank. Windows 10 starts normally and functions properly. I need to configure settings that require BIOS configuration, such as virtualization, which can't be done through software. Only in BIOS. Hardware details: Ryzen 9 3900X, motherboard Asus x570-p with latest BIOS 1407, GPU Sapphire RX 580 8GB, TV Samsung NU8000 via HDMI. I've tried various methods: pressing del/f2 repeatedly, disabling Fast Boot, using different HDMI cables, updating BIOS, connecting PC monitor via HDMI and DVI, clearing CMOS, entering BIOS from Windows 10 Advanced Boot, and moving the GPU to another PCIe slot. It seems the BIOS is actually loaded but not visible. Odd: Removing the Windows 10 boot drive on the USB sometimes resolves the issue temporarily, though it usually reappears after a few restarts. Any advice?
Ensure you're using the latest bios. If not, refresh or revert to the previous version.
It seems some users are encountering repeated responses that repeat what was already shared. The concern about reading the questions first is valid. Regarding the downgrade idea, it’s limited to bios and creates a tricky loop.
My rx 580 is a Sapphire Nitro+ 8gb. There's a switch but it only switches between quiet and performance mode. Gpu-z says the card is in UEFI mode. Thanks though, this looks like it could actually lead somewhere.
Removing the NVMe gives temporary access, right? Perhaps try using a flash afterward.
The device is utilizing PCI-E connections. This might explain the problem, as you sometimes see BIOS information displayed. It could be considered an intermittent issue. Please return the board for repair.
