This project offers a solid opportunity after a disappointing Diablo 3 experience. The $15 contribution provides two copies—one on Steam and one without DRM. I'm debating whether CryEngine is the right choice for this kind of game, though the visual effects are impressive. It feels like the extra polish doesn't justify the performance impact. Also, this Kickstarter campaign marked my first contribution.

I don't enjoy RPGs. Skyrim works mainly due to modding.
