I'm not sure about the ultimate edition details. It seems to involve remastered games available on PC, but I don't have confirmation on the full list or availability. If you played them on a 360 console, they might still be accessible there.

It seems the Ultimate Edition isn't set for PC, only for Xbox One, with some unfinished chapters. Edit: Confirmed for PC release on July 7, 2015 by Levent.
