I believe I've identified the problem and reached out to Ugreen support for their insights. Before investing any funds, it would be wise to check if others have encountered similar issues. What's occurring? Every 5 to 60 minutes, all my peripherals—monitor, keyboard, mouse, Ethernet, audio interface—temporarily disconnect from my LG V60. When recording through the audio interface, this leads to corrupted files and significant disruptions in other applications. Web pages refresh unexpectedly, USB devices may reappear (about five popups when using the interface software), and sometimes a word document closes abruptly. What I've attempted so far is minimal. I've only contacted LG support, who suggested switching the phone's USB settings to File Transfer or Android Auto. This didn't resolve the problem otherwise. My assumptions: Yesterday the issue repeated frequently, creating considerable annoyance. I discovered the power adapter was partially disconnected, causing intermittent connections. This likely intensified the behavior. It turned out that power loss from the adapter might be triggering the peripherals to remount, possibly due to high load. Since it's winter and outdoor work isn't feasible right now, I'm facing financial constraints—especially after spending a lot on a camera. At 17 years old, I'd rather avoid purchasing another power adapter unless it seems to fix the problem. Appreciate your time and any guidance you can provide. P.S. I don’t have a higher-power adapter for testing; my home has iPhone users who should share their experiences.
